Engineering Leader
The Engineering Leader will direct the overall objectives and initiatives of the engineering department and ensures deadlines are met. You will develop ideas for PV system enhancements and oversee the creation and improvement of elements and system components that involve the engineering department. Lastly, you will provide engineering expertise to other teams where needed.

Project Manager
IES Project Managers are responsible for planning, executing, and completing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. You will actively manage resources and coordinate the efforts of team members and subcontractors in order to deliver projects according to plan. You will also be the primary point-of-contact between IES and our clients from contract signature to project completion.
