Estimator / Project Engineer
Reports to the Vice President of Business Development and is responsible for job walks, creating conceptual system designs, estimating, value engineering and base proposal development. Requires 1 year experience as a commercial photovoltaic project estimator (with design and estimating experience on projects in excess of 100kw); 5 years experience in the Construction and/or PV Industry; and 3 years experience in construction related Project Management.

Supervisor / Foreman
Reports to the Director of Construction and is responsible for managing crews of both skilled and unskilled workers at construction sites. Requires California State Journeyman Electrician Certification, 10+ years experience in the construction trades and 3+ years experience as a Foreman and/or Construction Supervisor.

Field Installer
2-3 years field experience in construction and/or electrical required.

Field Foreman
6-10 years experience in construction, electrical and/or contracting required. Must have solid leadership, organization and project management skills.
